Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Carrie Valentine would be happy to accept a return. Please note that you must contact us by email at info@carrievalentine.com or by telephone to report the reason of return prior to you shipping. At our discression, we will then authorize a return for either store credit or an exchange. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. If you have purchased from an authorized Carrie Valentine retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your bag, you must bring it back directly to the seller.

• Items may be returned within 10 days from the date shipped.
• Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
• For free shipping offers, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Sale items, personalized items, custom made items are not refundable or exchangeable.
• Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement. .

How to Return
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. However if you wish to return an item,
please follow the following steps.

1. Just fill out the return slip included.
2. Place merchandise, and the slip in the shipped box.
3. Ship your item back to the address for Carrie Valentine printed in the return slip.

We recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Exchanges

We process all exchanges as returns. Return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement items at your convenience

Shipping

Products will ship between 5 and 10 business days from date of order.
